How Do I Make an Appointment?

To make an appointment by phone, call us on 01326 558714. Our appointment booking line is available from 08:30 until 18:00 Monday to Friday.

To make an appointment online, visit our Appointment Booking and Repeat Prescription service:
The Waiting Room.
If you have not yet signed up for this, please submit your email address to us at reception and you will then receive an email inviting you to join the Waiting Room.

We keep 70% of our appointments available to book on the day, and allow 30% to be pre-booked. This allows us to see as many people as possible "on the day", whilst also allowing people to schedule appointments in advance.

For full contact details, please see our How to Contact Us area, a link to which is in the top section of every page.

Nursing and Healthcare Appointments

Our nurses can deal with many issues, including but not limited to:

  • stop smoking
  • contraception
  • travel vaccinations
  • weight/dietary advice
  • general health checks
If you feel that a nurse can provide what you need, or you're not sure, then please ask at reception when booking your appointment.

All nursing and healthcare appointments can be pre-booked. You do not need to wait until the day you need if it you know in advance!

Can I Request a Home Visit?

Doctors can make house calls to patients who are too ill to go out or housebound.

If you require a home visit, it should be requested as early in the day as possible.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the surgery as soon as possible. This allows us to see other patients and helps us keep as many people healthy as possible!
